We offer internet access from symmetrical 100 Mbit/s and up to 10 Gbit/s using our fiberoptic infrastucture. The service capacity guarantee of 100% ensures that the speed of the connection lives up to your expectations. By using our fiber infrastructure all the way to your office we can also ensure a minimum latency, average latency from a Barcelona client office to the traffic exchange point Espanix in Madrid is 13ms (Jan 2009). Together with our solution expert your connection will be adjusted to your specific needs of fixed public ip-addresses, BPG4 etc. The service delivery interface in your office is a standard Ethernet interface.
Equipment
The Adamo CPE deployed in your location will hand over the connection to you in a RJ45 ethernet interface. Simply connect to your firewall, configure the ip-addresses and get going. Our Managed Firewall products service is a good addon that will provide peace of mind even for the less tech savy company.
Guaranteed service quality (SLA) with retributions
We live up to our guarantees. Should we for some reason fail to live up to our SLA during one month you will be reimbursed. We realize that this does not give you back lost time or productivity but it's our way of demonstrating that we care. Our SLA options reaches up to 99.998% guaranteed availability deploying your connection using fibers with different geographical routes in ring structure.
NOC
Our network operation center is available all day, every day. We monitor your connection, equipment and services remotely and resolve incidencies that might arise. In corrolation with your SLA agreement we also provide guarantees response times for solving any problem that might occur.
